The role of PA         

The role of PA is to oversee all pre-opening research and operational organization on behalf of the owner or the business operator.

PA is sometimes interpreted as a Purchasing Agent who is in charge of supply, however at Market Bridge we act as a Procurement Agent and engage in the whole process starting with product research and selection, to order and delivery.

What is OSE

OSE stands for Operation Supply Equipment, also known as OE (Operation Equipment) or HOE (Hotel Operation Equipment).

Sometimes the term includes guest supply (expendables), however generally it limits to supplies which are not perishable and are meant for both employees and guest usage.

The process of selecting the right products and vendors in line with the client`s budget, design and vision requires a professional knowledge and sufficient experience in the field.

As a rule, the PA contract for OSE does not cover guest supplies and printing items, but at Market Bridge we provide support on these products as well, if requested.

Phase 1 : OSE and artwork screening. Budget drafting per category.

Phase 2 : Screening supplies per hotel`s concept and needs. In case of custom-made products -proceed to sample manufacturing.

Phase 3 : Finalizing quantity per item and placing orders with each supplier.

Phase 4 : Finalizing delivery numbers and overseeing actual deliveries.

Phase 5 : Documentation filing – assets ledger, supplier list, product specification catalog, and other OSE and artwork related paperwork.
